The three components of the project are :

 1) to deliver specialized Canadian tehcnical assistance to micro, small, and medium enterprises and clusters of MSMEs in area such as product design and quality, business administration, financial management, marketing, etc 

2) to support industry associations, cooperatives, business councils, chambers of commerce, academic institutions and other development services providers (BDSPs);

3) to build the institutional capacity of Micro finance Institutions (MFI) and provide financing MFIs to support the provision of micro loans to MSMEs.

Goal/purpose :  To assist Indonesia in the creation of economic opportunities for men and women who are vulnarable to proverty through the promotion and development of the MSME sector.

Expected Results :

• Sustanable enterprise expansion and the equitable creation of more/better jobs (micro level);
• Sound and accountable private and public institutions to support well-functioning and competitive local and national markets for MSMEs (meso/institutional level);
• Increased access to debt capital for MSMEs without collateral, for both men and women.
