Vacancy for Training Coordinator (Papua)

Base: Jayapura, Papua

Gender inequality is a root contributing factor to many development challenges
in Indonesia, which is why we have launched a programme that aims to give women
in Papua a much stronger voice in their communities. Now we need your help to
ensure it’s a success. You’ll have experience of assessing needs, planning and
implementing grassroots community training programs to build knowledge and
confidence Papua women in a range of issues that affect them.

Qualifications:
- Good training, coaching, supporting, advising, influencing and capacity
building skill
- Good management and organisational skills
- Good verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Experience working and living in Papua will be an advantage
