Plan Indonesia looking for highly qualified and committed Indonesian, to fill positions :
 
Health Officer
( Based in SoE, East Nusa Tenggara )
 The Health Officer will be responsible for implementation, monitoring & evaluation the Health Program/Project in PU SoE
 
Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in public health, community-based primary health care, midwifery/nursing, nutrition, environmental sanitation.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in health program/project implementation at the grass root level with government or development institutions
  • Strong skills in teamwork, facilitation, collaboration, networking and advocacy
  • High personal integrity
  • Commitment to community development
  • Understanding of local culture, social structure and power distribution will be advantage
  • Understanding of human and child rights
  • Good English skill would be an advantage
  • Good Computer skill

 
 
 Program Coordinator
( Based in Lembata, East Nusa Tenggara )
 
Responsible for program/project planning, implementation and monitoring at the Program Unit, will proactively work to influence, support and capacitate local government department at the district and sub-district level, staff Management and Technical Support, Program Monitoring and Evaluation, Engage in advocacy, networking and coordination in the district.

 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • At least 2 ( two ) years of experience as technical officer in community development
  • At least 3 ( three ) years experiences in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation relevant program
  • At least 3 ( three ) years experience managing technical program staff
  • Good understanding of child right and participation
  • Experienced in representational roles
  • Having good facilitation, leadership, managerial and communication skill
  • Good English skill both in oral and written communication
  • Good computer skill
